About the event
Martha and George are middle-aged couples who know how to irritate each other with their eloquent and sharp tongues. After a party at the college where George teaches, a younger couple comes to visit: Nick, the newly appointed biology professor, and his wife. Drinking is ramped up and the younger couple soon go from being spectators of these verbal battles to victims, accomplices and players in this strange game.
